Uncertainty. It sure does challenge our heart and mind!
And, there will be plenty more of it ahead in the coming days, weeks, months. We can be certain of that
So, rather than deny it. Resent it. Will it away; causing yet more stress and tension. What if we choose to invite it in?
Acknowledge it’s here. Accept that it isn’t going anywhere. And befriend it.
Sounds daft right?
Or, maybe it’s quite clever! Opening our minds and hearts, treating something as a friend not foe, turning our attention on to that which we can control inside of us. That sounds a pretty cool way of dealing with this.
Breathe in calmness. Breathe out anxiety.
Breather in stillness. Breathe out worry.
Breathe in peace. Breathe out uncertainty....
